Justin Silva
Sheet Metal Superintendent
Justin began his sheet metal career with AR&B in 2005 as an apprentice, learning the trade in the field and building the hands-on experience that has shaped his career. Over the years, he has worked on a wide range of mechanical construction projects throughout the Bay Area while also spending several years in AR&B’s fabrication shop, giving him a practical understanding of both field installation and the fabrication required to support it.
In 2014, Justin advanced into a foreman role and began leading his own projects. His experience across both the shop and field gives him a strong understanding of how planning, fabrication, coordination, and installation come together to deliver high-quality mechanical systems. He takes particular pride in complex, high-end projects where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong field leadership are essential.
At AR&B, Justin brings more than 20 years of company experience and a field-first perspective to his leadership. He values teamwork, accountability, and doing the work the right way, while supporting the development of the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
Outside of work, Justin’s greatest priority is his family. He and his wife, Ashley, have three children. He enjoys golf, fishing, and football and coaches at Heritage High School as well as his son’s youth tackle football team. Coaching has become an important part of his life, giving him another opportunity to teach teamwork, discipline, hard work, and the value of enjoying the process.
