Rosy joined AR&B full-time in 2010 after consulting with the company for several years. During her 16 years with AR&B, she has become one of the company’s most essential leaders, bringing financial discipline, institutional knowledge, and a deep understanding of the business.

A graduate of San Francisco State University, Rosy has built her career around the financial and operational demands of the construction industry. As Chief Financial Officer, she leads AR&B’s financial strategy, reporting, planning, and controls while providing the executive team with the insight required to make sound decisions and support the company’s continued long-term strength.

Rosy’s role requires command of an unusually complex operating environment. AR&B works across three construction trades governed by separate collective bargaining agreements while also operating within the extensive employment, payroll, benefits, and regulatory requirements of California and the City and County of San Francisco. Rosy’s ability to navigate those overlapping obligations with precision is fundamental to the company’s success.

Rosy brings clarity and accountability to decisions across the organization. Her leadership provides the financial foundation and culture that allows AR&B to support its employees, execute complex projects, and continue building for the future.

Outside of work, Rosy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, especially when she can combine the two.
